Terms & Conditions

All guests must be 18 years or older unless with a parent or responsible guardian. Unaccompanied minors will not be accepted as guests in the park.

Minimum nights:

Minimum night stays apply during all school holidays and long weekends.

Weekends require a 2 night minimum stay for all cabins, ensuite powered sites and powered sites with fire pits. 1 night bookings are only considered the day of arrival, or under managers discretion. Additional cleaning fees may apply for accommodation bookings of one night only.

We do not guarantee sites:

Whilst every endeavour is made to secure requested sites for guests, we reserve the right to move guests within the specified category or upgrade where necessary. Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number/accommodation number after booking.

Check out time:

Check out time for cabin accommodation is 10am, this is strict during peak/busy times. If available a late departure may be arranged, ½ day rate applies. Please ask about this on arrival as this is subject to availability.

Check in time:

Check in time for unpowered camping and powered sites is 12 noon. Check in time for the cabin accommodation is 2pm. We need time to make your site and accommodation the best we can for your arrival. Please do not arrive earlier than the nominated check in unless previously arranged, as parking is limited and we do not want you to be offended that entry to the resort may be refused.

Pre Check In:

For a smooth and quick check in process please go online before arrival and complete the pre check in process. This reduces the time you will need to spend in reception before starting your holiday.

Day Guests:

If you wish to have day visitors join you at your site or in your accommodation for the day you need to contact reception. Day visitors are welcome except under certain conditions. Day visitors are limited to one family per Reservation (size of family is one set of parents and only their children). Day visitors MUST register at the office, fees apply. Please register your guests as we do not want you to be offended when we ask unregistered Visitors to leave.

Lost Property:

We receive numerous items of lost property which are left behind/found in common areas or within accommodation. Lost property will be held for a maximum of 2 months, after this time items will be donated to charity.

Rebooking:

Guests are eligible to rebook their same site for the same time each year provided they do so BEFORE departing each year.

Free Wi-FI:

Free Wi-Fi is provided by Glenmack Park to its customers. This free service is intended to support general web browsing only. Due to limited bandwidth and to ensure a consistent experience for all customers, our Wi-Fi does not support high-band width actions such as streaming music, streaming video or downloading large files. Our Wi-Fi hotspot is not suitable for supporting an application or use which requires continuous fault free network connectivity or uninterrupted and or secure data traffic flow. If you intend on work whilst on holiday or are relying on high speed internet service, we recommend investing in your own internet dongle or pocket Wi-Fi.

Cleaning and Damages:

By entering Glenmack Park a guest agrees to leave their accommodation/site and any facilities used in sound, clean and tidy condition. If the cabin or site is found to be excessively dirty, the guest accepts they will be charged an excess cleaning fee $60 per hour until clean. Any faults, damages, breakages, or losses to the property Glenmack Park, including furniture and furnishings are to be reported and aid for by the guest. Any faults or breakages discovered by the guest must be reported within 1 hour of arrival or we may consider the damages to be the responsibility of the guest.

Generators:

Generators are not allowed at Glenmack Park. No exceptions.

Photography:

By entering Glenmack Park, you and your child/ren consent to being photographed from time to time using the facilities for the purpose of being included in promotional material of Kangaroo Valley Glenmack Park. Please inform the office if you do not wish to be included.

Noise:

Noise restrictions are strict. Minimum noise (no music) after 10pm and no noise after midnight.

Management has the right to terminate your reservation immediately and without notice for breaching park rules or anti-social behaviour.

Guests will incur a $75 fee for lockout and or if management needs to contact you regarding non-adherence to park rules outside of Office hours.

The complete list of park rules is provided as part of your reservation confirmation. They are also provided on the back of the park map which you will be provided with on arrival.
