All long weekends and Public holidays, Christmas, Autumn & Spring school holidays, all festivals and the Kangaroo Valley Show weekend. Easter long weekend has a unique tariff.

Minimum Night Stays apply on all holidays.

All cabins are two night minimum night stay on all weekends. A 50% deposit is required when booking, remainder to be paid on arrival. Where a one night booking on cabins is accepted mid-week a cleaning surcharge will apply. This is $15 on en-suites, $20 on A/C cabins and $20 on the luxury villas.

Cancellations – Deposit are non-refundable if canceled within 28 days of the booking arrival date.

All other bookings are subject to a $40 cancellation fee. Full tariff will be charged for all no-shows. It is our policy that we do not enter into a contract with individuals under the age of 18 yrs therefore such person/s must be accompanied by a responsible parent/guardian.

Sun – Thurs: 8am to 6pm
Fri: 8am to 8pm
Sat: 8am to 7pm
(Closed Christmas Day)

Check-in time for cabins is 1.30pm and check-out is 10am. Check-in for powered and un-powered sites is 12 noon and check-out 12 noon.

Late check outs can be arranged at a fee.

Please ensure you contact our Reception if you are going to be arriving after Reception closing hours to ensure admittance and to arrange an after hours check in.
