Cancellation Policy
28+ days prior to arrival: any payments made can be refunded less a $40 fee per cabins and $20 fee per powered or unpowered site. Or your payment will be held for future booking to be used within 12 months.
28-8 days of arrival: Your payment will be held for any future booking to be used within 12 months, no rebooking for peak times.
7-1 days of arrival: We are unable to offer a refund, credit or change of dates.
Early Departures/ Inclement or Adverse Weather / No Shows
We apologise, the Park cannot offer refunds if you choose to leave early or if you choose to cancel for weather predictions.
We reserve the right to cancel “no shows”. All monies paid will be forfeited.
Please consider your dates carefully.
